Speech and Communication Beyond the Classroom
St Rita’s offers a contemporary elocution and public speaking program. Speech and Communication forms part of the extensive cocurricular program of the Arts faculty available at the College with private and small group classes available.
Speech and Communication assists students to use their voice as a tool more effectively and with confidence. Whether a refinement of presentation skills is required, or there is a need to build confidence speaking in front of peers, the self-assurance, diction, elocution and discussion skills gained through Speech and Communication tuition will be highly beneficial.
Students can enrol into AMEB exams through the program and ASCA exams are also offered, along with eisteddfods and publication speaking competitions.
