Thank you to the many families who joined us for our 2026 Twilight Open Evening. It was a privilege to welcome you to the College, answer your questions and share the experiences available to students from the Primary Years through to Senior.

We also thank the students who led tours and demonstrations, and the staff, parents and alumnae who opened their learning spaces, shared their knowledge and brought the character of the College to life throughout the evening.

More Than a Campus Tour

Twilight Open Evening is designed to help families understand not only where students learn, but how they are supported to grow.

Across the campus, visitors can explore classrooms, specialist facilities and community spaces while speaking directly with the people who know the College best. Student-led tours provide a first-hand perspective on daily life at St Rita's, while faculty displays, live demonstrations and conversations with staff reveal the breadth of learning and opportunity available.

The evening helps families see how academic challenge, pastoral care, cocurricular participation, service and future planning connect across a student's journey. It also provides the time and space to ask practical questions, compare options and consider whether St Rita's is the right environment for their daughter.

Hear From Our College Leaders and Community

The following presentations capture two important parts of the Twilight Open Evening experience: the strong foundations available in the Primary Years and the breadth of choice students can access as they prepare for their future.

Principal's Address

The Primary Principal's Address introduces families to the Year 5 and Year 6 experience at St Rita's. It explores how students are welcomed into the College, supported through these formative years and given access to specialist teachers, facilities and opportunities across the wider campus.

Senior Pathways Panel: A Launchpad for the Future

The Senior Pathways Panel brings together the Deputy Principal - Studies, senior students and recent graduates to discuss how St Rita's helps each student shape a future aligned with her strengths and ambitions.

The conversation explores the Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) pathway, the Tertiary and Vocational Pathway (TVP), and combinations of both. It also highlights the foundations established from Year 10 through careers education, SET Planning, study skills, job-readiness programs and personalised academic mentoring.

What You Missed

Families who could not attend the most recent Twilight Open Evening missed an evening of direct access to the people, places and programs that define St Rita's. Visitors were able to:

• tour the campus with current students and hear candid insights into College life;
• meet teachers and explore academic programs through interactive faculty displays;
• visit Primary and Secondary classrooms, Science laboratories, creative studios, performance spaces, the Library, sporting facilities and student wellbeing areas;
• hear from College leaders, current students and recent graduates;
• learn about senior pathways, careers support and preparation for life beyond school;
• discover opportunities in sport, music, debating, service, leadership and the creative arts; and
• speak with Admissions staff, parents and alumnae about enrolment and the wider St Rita's community.

The photographs and presentations on this page offer a view of the evening, but the strongest impression comes from experiencing the College in person.
