St Rita’s College is seeking a Dean of Students to lead student wellbeing and foster a positive College culture where every student is known, respected, and supported to thrive. This role arises from a comprehensive organisational review that has strengthened the College’s Senior and Middle Leadership structures to ensure they are future-focused, responsive and aligned to our strategic vision.

Working closely with the Deputy Principal, you will lead a visible and effective wellbeing framework, student behaviour systems, and ensuring compliance with student protection and conduct obligations. This position will oversee wellbeing teams and programs, delivering consistent, evidence-informed practices that promote a safe, inclusive, and values-driven learning environment.
