We are seeking a Team Leader – Administration & Front Services on a full-time, term-time basis to provide strong leadership and coordination across the College’s front-facing and administrative functions. This role ensures the delivery of efficient, professional services while overseeing daily operations of the administration and front services team. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for staff, provide hands-on administrative support, and lead initiatives such as volunteer coordination, rostering and compliance.

Regular working hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm during the school term.

In your application, please provide specific examples and evidence demonstrating your experience and capability in the following areas:

  • Demonstrated experience leading, coordinating or supervising administrative or front-facing service teams within a medium to large organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating administrative services such as helpdesk functions, volunteer coordination or cross-departmental support, including monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated understanding of child protection, duty of care and safeguarding responsibilities within a school environment.
